Karen Saunders (Registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Care Professions Council, United Kingdom), is a Professional Lead Specialist Physiotherapist in Neurology in Gloucestershire (UK). Karen is the Director of Da Vinci In Motion Educational, Research and Clinical Neuro-physiotherapy Services, an independent provider of expert specialist neurological services for individuals and families affected by brain and spinal cord injuries and other neurological illnesses eg. dementia. Karen works as an associate lecturer and contributes to both the theoretical and practical education and training of physiotherapy students, qualified physiotherapists and therapy assistants. Karen feels honoured and has kindly agreed to take on the role of Neuro-therapy Advisor for the Sir William Beveridge Foundation to support and advise on the education, training, research and service development for therapists and individuals affected by neurological disorders.
